The marketing task I keep telling clients not to skip

Everyone wants the website first. I understand it — a website feels real, a search-content strategy doesn’t. Why I still remember every quiet Tuesday afternoon in the shop

Twenty-six years running Grantham Computer Centre, and it’s the quiet afternoons I remember most clearly — not the busy ones. What building WOW Lincs taught me about AI

I didn’t set out to prove a point with WOW Lincs — I just wanted a genuinely useful guide to Woodhall Spa. But building it with AI showed me exactly what these tools are actually good at: doing the repetitive, technical heavy lifting fast, so I could spend my own time on the things that actually needed a person — the judgement calls, the local knowledge, the bits AI can’t fake.

Got a question these notes didn’t answer?

I’m happy to talk it through directly — no obligation.
